As treasurer of a group supporting a larger organization, I frequently send flowers for funerals of family members all over the U.S. I typically try to find a local florist in the area of the family to service them. This was the first time I was sent an actual picture of what the family would get. It was nice to know the quality of the item and it assured me they were well taken care of.
